Saturday, May 30 we invite you to the future where we are in power and possibility with ourselves, each other, the planet and the beings we share it with.
Through expansive conversations, hands-on learning, shared meals, interactive workshops, lots of play, and an abundance of Black art, we will engage ideas and practice that lead to freedom for all. Humans and non-humans alike.
But this ain’t no conference. It’s a jam! A day with art woven throughout and a legit party to close the day. Cuz our liberation will be celebratory!
*The “Reciprocene” is a term created by co-director Derrick Beasley that marks a speculative geological era that comes after the Anthropocene and is defined by human beings' renewed reciprocal relationship with the planet and all of its non-human life.
